Introduction

You can maintain details about a project's tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources and resource assignments either by copying them from a template (which can vary for different project types) or by importing them from a Microsoft® Project schedule or by entering them from scratch using the Microsoft® Project Gantt charting replacement Rich Internet Application.

You can import and export task, milestone, dependency, resource and resource assignment information to Microsoft® Project (ie, full roundtripping) and Microsoft® Excel.

You can print a wide variety of schedule analysis reports and charts that will assist you to monitor the status of your project's schedule (including an hours burn-down report).

You can print a Gantt chart for your schedule as well as export task and milestone information to Microsoft® Outlook®.

You can print a schedule analysis report that will make suggestions as to what is wrong with your schedule.  This schedule analysis report can also be requested to check for conformance with the PMI®'s Practice Standard for Scheduling.

You can maintain baseline, forecast and actual start date, end date, duration, work, cost and percentage complete for each task.  Actual information can be automatically calculated from timesheets entered by project team members.

As well as project tasks and milestones, you can also maintain and monitor action items and issues.
