Introduction
You can maintain details about your project's risks either by generating them from a template (which can vary for different project types) or by entering them from scratch. You can classify risks into major and minor for reporting purposes. You can flag risks so that they will not be disclosed to your Client.
You can maintain details about the impacts of risks.
You can assign probability and impact ratings and PMComplete™ will calculate the priority for you. You can monitor original risk priority versus residual risk priority. You can then maintain an avoidance plan, a mitigation plan and a contingency plan for each risk for which you choose to plan a response.
You can print a wide variety of risk analysis reports and charts that will assist you to monitor the status of your project's risks.
You can maintain details about actual risk events/materialisations.
You can maintain details about project contingency reserves for time and cost as well as Management Reserve (budget, forecast and actual for all 3).
