Project Human Resource Management

Introduction

You can maintain details of who has been assigned to work on your project, between which dates, at what percentage of their time and in what role either by importing this information from your Microsoft® Project schedule or by entering it from scratch using the project resources spreadsheet Rich Internet Application.

You can maintain details of who you assign to work on each task either by importing this information from your Microsoft® Project schedule or by entering it from scratch.

You can maintain details about your project's generic resource requirements.  You can then have PMComplete™ suggest what specific resources may be able to fulfill each generic resource's role based on availability, role, skill and location.  You can then replace each generic resource with a specific resource as you negotiate and obtain approval for them.

You can print a wide variety of resource analysis reports and charts that will assist you to monitor the status of your project's resources.

You can print and deliver or e-mail certificates of appreciation to team members.
