Evidence Technology Chooses PMComplete

Evidence Technology Holdings Pty Ltd, the world's leading supplier of audio visual equipment to courts, special commissions and police, went live with their implementation of PMComplete on 1st April, 2008.

Evidence Technology has project teams located in Auckland, Brisbane, Dublin, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Wellington.

These project teams sell, install and support audio visual equipment for Clients.

To do this they use PMComplete from a business management perspective to record and track their sales opportunities, quotations, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, debtors invoices, creditors invoices and their payments.

From a project management perspective, they use PMComplete to record and track their timesheet hours, expense claims, resource assignments, work orders, service calls and hours burndown.

This all then provides management with sales revenue and staff requirements forecasts as well as Client and project profitability.

All of the above transaction types have been WorkFlow-enabled to allow Evidence Technology to operate 24/7 from around the world, using multiple currencies and taking into account different GST/VAT amounts, all in a paperless environment.

PMComplete is also used to store and retrieve all Evidence Technology Policies, Processes and Procedures.  Because of the style of the business, these are mostly oriented around PMI PMBOK® and BMP ITIL®.  This then allows Evidence Technology to demonstrate a strong process orientation which is essential for the continuance of their ISO 9001 certification.
