Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PMComplete™ allows you to manage training for project implementations as well as product and skills transfer.

You can plan and then record the results of a Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) assessment and then a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) assessment as well as then plan specific training for individuals.

You can plan courses, schedule their delivery at multiple times to multiple participants at multiple locations as well as record and chart post-course evaluations of both participants and the course itself.

Courses can be run internally or externally.
