Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PMComplete™ allows you to manage all of the dealings you have with people.  These people can include your work collegues (both current and past) as well as contractors, subcontractor, Client and vendor people.

You can record over 200 different attributes about a person.

You can also record and retrieve people's skills and certifications.  These features, coupled with the capability to record not just your work collegues, means that you can over time build up a valuable data base of people's skills.  From a Practice Management perspective, this leads to great flexibility in being able to identify anyone with the skills you require, no matter where they are sourced from.

You can record who works for what organisation together with when, thereby allowing the monitoring of people moving from one organisation to another (both within the same enterprise (eg, a person moving from the Accounts Department into the IT Department) as well as across enterprises (eg, a person leaving the organisation and going to work for a vendor).

You can also record people's remuneration (including contract rates) as well as other contractual details.

You can also manage who is working on what projects, in what role and at what percentage of their time.  You can start off with generic resource requirements (eg, "Project Manager", "Programmer", etc) and have PMComplete™ tell you the best candidates for the role based on a number of criteria including availability, skills etc.

You can print telephone lists in a variety of formats.

You can record who you want to send Christmas cards to and then print their mailing labels.
