Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire on and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PMComplete™ allows you to manage your projects, jobs, assignments and cases.

You can define portfolios/programmes (collections of projects or workstreams) as well as projects.

You can record the relationship between projects.

You can record multiple owners of a project (eg, you are a software house that is developing a system that is being funded jointly by multiple Clients).

You can define your business objectives (both for your enterprise as a whole as well as for a specific organisation unit) and you can define your Client's business objectives (business objectives are defined using the Performance Indicators/Metrics/SLAs Manager) and then record and report on how your projects align with any or all of these business objectives thereby allowing you to prioritise your portfolios/programmes based on these business objectives.
