PMComplete™ provides a consistent view of addresses, including:
- Countries
- States, Provinces, Regions and Counties
- Postcodes
- Localities
Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.
PMComplete™ allows you to manage those locations and properties which are important to you.
You can record these as generic (eg, "Hotel", "Sydney Office", etc) or be very specific.
PMComplete™ also allows you to maintain details of all of the countries, states, provences and counties of the world (most of which are supplied in the standard PMComplete™ package).
PMComplete™ also allows you to maintain details of all of the localities (ie, towns or cities) that are important to you (eg, you travel to).
All Australian Postcodes are also supplied.
You can perform a Postcode lookup enquiry by invoking the Postcode maintenance function, then clicking on the "Enquire" button, then specifying "Locality Is Like *YourSuburbName*" (where *YourSuburbName* is either a full or partial locality name.
You can also maintain details about your parking spaces, who has them allocated (or if they are "pooled") as well as printing signs for erection at the parking space itself.
You can also maintain details about your facilities (eg, special rooms), the equipment that they contain (eg, projectors and computers) as well as book them (ie, this functionality allows PMComplete™ to provide a complete meeting room booking system and/or a complete office hotelling/hot desk/workspace sharing system).
