PMComplete™ Issues and Achievements Management

PM^Complete™ is the complete Issue and Achievement Management solution addressing:

Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PM^Complete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PM^Complete™ allows you to manage both your personal as well as your business (eg, project-based) achievements, decisions and events.  These can be the achievement of milestones or keeping a register of unexpected events (for subsequent analysis either as part of claiming for scope and/or functionality changes or during a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) as part of learning lessons).  You use the Achievements, Decisions and Events maintenance screen to keep monitor of your project's Achievements Register.  Decisions can be negative and positive.

PM^Complete™ also allows you to manage your project's issues from being unresolved through being assigned to someone for resolution to final resolution.  The PM^Complete™ Issues functionality can also be used to keep a Disputes Register and to monitor progress towards resolution.

Reports use colour-coded "traffic lights" to indicate the status of each issue.
