PMComplete Pty Ltd Formed

PMComplete Pty Ltd was formed by Robert Posener 1/2/1980 to capitalise on the growing need by companies for assistance in improving their project delivery capability.

Robert Posener

Robert has over 35 years experience in the IT&T industry.   He has held full time positions with NCR, Honeywell, Unisys and EDS.   Robert has spent most of his work life as a Project and Programme Manager and has been responsible for many of the largest information technology and business projects and programmes undertaken in Australia.   Robert has also managed projects in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Hong Kong and USA.

He is the principle designer of the PMComplete™ software.   Robert's skills are in the establishment and management of Project Management Offices, training of Project Managers as well as development of policies, processes and procedures.

Robert is currently an active member of the PMI® Sydney chapter, the Sydney Project Portfolio Management Special Interest Group (PPM-SIG), the PMI® College of Scheduling (PMI-CoS) and is a Fellow of the International Committee for Project Management Advancement (ICPMA).   Robert is also the Australian International Correspondent for PMForum.org.
